It does not get any easier than our vegan fillet: mix 175 ml of cold water, 2 tablespoons of rapeseed oil, and the contents of the bag thoroughly together. Then let everything soak in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. You can shape the mill fillets as you like and fry them with 2-3 tablespoons of rapeseed oil for 5-6 minutes over medium heat. You can of course season your vegan chicken as you like and use it for all your kitchen creations. 

In contrast to delicacies from the refrigerated shelf, our mill fillet has a longer best-before date, which gives you more flexibility when organising your week or feed last-minute guests. And although this vegan fillet has a shelf life of twelve months, it still does not contain any flavour enhancers or preservatives. But that's not it! This new and tasty vegan chicken is also a great source of protein and rich in fibre!

Yes, it does. Like many meat alternatives, this Rügenwalder Mühle x KoRo vegan fillet is based on wheat gluten, which gives it the right texture.

For ideal storage, store it in a dry place away from direct light. 

The exact recipe is of course top secret, but we can tell you that our vegan fillet is based on soy protein and wheat gluten. Its incredible chicken-like taste comes from the unique mix of spices from the Rügenwalder Mühle.

In contrast to other refrigerated chicken alternatives, you can prepare our fillet whenever you need it without having to worry about the looming best before date since they have a long shelf life.

Great taste and consistency. The salt content has been reduced in the meantime. I bread the fillet before frying. That works really well. I'm not sure, but I think the list of ingredients for a mixture like this is shorter than for the ready-made vegan schnitzels from the chiller cabinet, so there may be a little less additives. But just like the schnitzels from the chiller cabinet, no animals have to suffer and die for our brief indulgence.

Really a good product idea, can be processed very well, consistency is good, but: unfortunately much too salty.
I would be delighted if the recipe could be adapted.

In terms of consistency and taste, absolutely the best vegan substitute product... but unfortunately sooo salty (almost 10g/100g are not really healthy either...), has the recipe been changed?
