We do not use nuts in the production of our cinnamon wafers. However, the cookies may contain traces of nuts such as almonds, hazelnuts or walnuts. If you are allergic to peanuts, you need not worry, because cross-contamination with peanuts can be excluded.
In order for the cinnamon wafers to retain their delicious taste for as long as possible and not become stale, you should store them closed and protect them from heat. When stored in this way, the waffles can be kept for up to 12 months.
Unfortunately, since the waffles contain wheat flour, they are not suitable for a gluten-free diet.
The traditional thin cinnamon wafer is different from the soft, Dutch waffles. They originated in the Saarland and the Palatinate, where they have been particularly popular during the Christmas season for many years.
Our crunchy cinnamon wafer cookies are made without egg and other animal components. Therefore, they are 100% suitable for a vegan diet. Only traces of eggs and milk may be present.
The entire 100 g package of sweet wafers has an energy value of 379 kcal.
Our cinnamon wafers are deliciously crispy and not as sticky as conventional caramel wafers. Since the crackers are baked individually on iron and are not dipped in oil or fat, they are particularly light and tasty. In addition, there is a pleasant sweetness, rounded off with the noble taste of high-quality cinnamon.
You don't have to travel all the way to Amsterdam to find delicious waffle cookies. Our cinnamon waffles are made in Germany in Moosburg an der Isar. And this, although here and there it is rumored that true traditional cinnamon waffles exist only in Saarland - but see for yourself!

The wafer-thin cinnamon wafers surprised me - they are different than expected, but in a very pleasant way. Instead of an intense sweetness, they have a subtle, delicate spiciness with a slight hint of cinnamon that is not too dominant. The consistency is special: extremely thin, almost crispy and airy, and they remind me a little of edible paper - but with much more flavor. Super quality

Delicious and wafer thin. This is exactly where the problem lies. Most of them did not survive transportation in one piece. If you don't have a problem with "broken wafers", you can buy it.
