Yes, our psyllium husks come from organic farming.
In countless internet forums you will find the recommendation to consume psyllium husks when it comes to losing weight. What we would like to say on this subject is that weight loss goals are primarily achieved through a daily calorie deficit. Consuming psyllium husks alone will not help you lose weight.
We recommend that you store the psyllium husks in a cool and dry place. In the original sealed package, they can be stored for at least 24 months from the date of production.
At KoRo, we principally refrain from dividing food into good and bad, healthy and unhealthy. Because healthy is first and foremost a balanced and varied diet and a corresponding lifestyle. However, with 81 g/100 g, psyllium husks belong to those foods with a high fiber content.

It's finely ground but psyllium husk is so light and electrostatic that when you pull a spoon full out of the plastic bag, the bag will attract the tiny pieces (which look a bit like tiny needles), and not only will some cling to the bag but some also will fly into the air and land in a 30 cm radius around the bag. I'm no husk expert but I wonder if there is a non-electrostatic packaging material that would prevent that? Otherwise the product seems to be fine and exactly what the label says.
