Matcha hazelnut latte

It's cold outside and you feel like a hot drink? Then this matcha latte variation is just right for you.

60 ml Water
1 Tsp. Hazelnut puree
200 ml Milk or a vegan alternative
1 Tsp. Matcha
1 Tsp. agave syrup
  • Step 1/4

    Bring the water to a boil. Then pour the hot water into a heat-resistant glass, allow to cool briefly and stir in the matcha powder.

  • Step 2/4

    Heat 50 ml of milk (of the total 200 ml) in a saucepan while stirring. Stir in the hazelnut puree and the agave syrup.

  • Step 3/4

    Add the hazelnut milk to the matcha mixture.

  • Step 4/4

    Froth the remaining milk in a milk frother and pour into the glass.
