How to prepare them

Production
Unsere glutenfreien Lasagneplatten bestehen aus zwei verschiedenen und glutenfreien Mehlsorten – Mais- und Reismehl. Es werden 70 % Maismehl und 30 % Reismehl verwendet. Das Mehl wird schließlich mit Wasser zu einem relativ festen homogenen Teig vermengt und gut durchgeknetet. Nun muss er nur noch ruhen.
Der fertige Teig wird nun dünn ausgerollt, sodass er etwa 3 mm dick ist und in die richtige Form gebracht werden kann. Er wird in die typische, rechteckige Form von Lasagneplatten ausgeschnitten und schließlich trocken gelagert und verpackt!
Zum Einweichen sollten die glutenfreien Lasagneplatten zunächst für 8 Minuten in heißes Wasser gelegt werden. Die Nudeln nun erstmal abtropfen lassen, unter fließendem Wasser abspülen, und anschließend dann in der fertig zubereiteten Lasagne für 15 Minuten in den Ofen schieben.
