Die Medjool-Dattelpalmen sind besonders hart im Nehmen und lassen sich selbst von Sandstürmen und wochenlangen Hitzeperioden nicht beirren. Dattelpalmen müssen nicht mit wertvollem Süßwasser gegossen werden, sondern geben sich mit Salzwasser zufrieden. Um die Palmen zu pflegen, steigen die Dattel-Landwirt:innen auf Kräne in schwindelerregender Höhe: Alles für die karamellig-süße Frucht!

Our pitted Medjool dates come from Israel. However, we have instructed our Medjool date suppliers that we only purchase goods from areas that were not occupied by Israel after 1967.
Dates will keep longer in the fridge. They will stay fresh for up to 18 months after harvest. When stored for a long time, fructose can accumulate on the outside of the fruit. This phenomenon can be recognised by light white spots. However, the dates are still fresh and can be eaten.
Yes, our Medjool pitted dates are suitable for an alkaline diet.

I bought the dates in a stationary shop. But I would still like to share my experience here. Some of the dates in the box were super soft, delicious and creamy. Unfortunately, there were also many that were infested with pests. I am aware that you have to inspect every date. But 5 rejected dates when you open 15 is quite a proud quota.
