Since we have heard that gluten-free products often taste very sticky and can disintegrate quickly in boiling water, we sat down together to find a solution. The result is the perfect gluten-free pasta in the popular Italian fusilli shape. Their neutral taste is just like conventional wheat pasta and is ideal for all kinds of sauces and casseroles.

It’s what inside that counts

The gluten-free fusilli consists of 98% corn, which is grown in Germany, processed into flour and then shaped into the well-known fusilli shape. Although the chickpea content is rather low at 2%, that's the secret to keeping the perfect consistency when cooking. Our gluten-free pasta keeps its shape and after seven minutes it has the perfect al dente bite that every pasta lover dreams of. If you prefer a fuller chickpea flavour, try our organic chickpea fusilli.

Super but

Ordered for the second time. Great if you want neutral-tasting pasta (those with lentils, for example, are not so neutral). One star off because they soften quickly if you don't watch the time.

Familienhighlight

The pasta is really great. They are cooked to perfection and have a great taste and are almost not "corn-heavy" - my husband rarely, if ever, likes corn. But even he loves this pasta, not just the children and me.

Can keep up with wheat noodles because they do not have a strong inherent taste of chickpeas. And also have ne great consistency, because they are not as slippery as other pasta alternatives from other manufacturers.
