Organic nuts in bulk packs

KoRo stands for bulk packs and the best quality at fair prices. That's why we have a mix of conventional and organic products in stock for you, so you're sure to find what you're looking for. Our organic nuts include, among others, organic almonds, organic pine nuts and organic macadamia nuts. And so that you can enjoy your natural nuts for a long time, we also offer some of them in an economical tray.

Nutritional values of nuts

Our untreated nuts are particularly valuable for a vegan and vegetarian diet, as they can often serve as a source of plant-based protein and/or fibre. Our almonds, for example, are a source of protein and rich in fibre. Our hazelnuts and pistachios also have a high fibre content. Nuts generally have a comparatively high energy density, but this just means that they provide you with long-term energy.

All questions about natural nuts from KoRo

We want to give you all the information about our natural nuts. If you have questions about a specific product, it is best to check the product specification. If you don't find what you are looking for there, please contact us by email or on social media and we will be happy to answer all your questions.

Are nuts vegan?

Of course! Natural nuts are perfect for a vegan diet. You will find a huge selection of vegan products in our shop. Only a few of our chocolate covered nuts, such as caramel and chocolate almonds, are not vegan.

Are natural nuts healthy?

A balanced and varied diet is the primary factor in determining whether something is healthy or unhealthy. Nuts often contain a significant amount of protein and fibre. For example, our premium cashews can serve as a source of plant-based protein and fibre.

What can I use natural nuts for?

Untreated nuts are not only real all-rounders in the snack game, but also have a lot to offer in the kitchen, because they are ideal as a crunchy topping for sweet and savoury dishes. Walnuts, for example, add a delicate flavour to your salad, cashews give your curry that extra crunch and macadamia nuts refine your smoothie bowl. You can use pine nuts to whip up a delicious pesto – and pistachios and chopped hazelnuts are perfect for a sweet Mozartkugel roll or baklava. You can also blend natural nuts in a high-performance blender to make a puree – but it's even easier with our incredibly creamy nut butters. You can't go wrong with natural nuts, and you'll find the right recipe for every nut in the recipes section of our blog.

Can I eat nuts when I'm pregnant?

Yes, you can eat up to a handful of natural nuts a day without worrying when you're pregnant. It's best to alternate different types. However, you should be a little more careful with spiced nuts during pregnancy, so be sure to talk to your doctor about this.
