Starting the day with hazelnuts

Our hazelnuts have become regulars in our breakfast bowl every morning. Starting the day with a crunch couldn't be easier. For an extra nutty flavour experience, we recommend using ground hazelnuts along with whole hazelnuts. Of course, you can create a granola from these hazelnuts together with spelt flakes, coconut chips, walnuts, cinnamon, coconut oil, and agave syrup, or any other ingredients you love. With such a breakfast mix, it will be much easier to get out of bed in the morning!

Disappointing taste

Unfortunately, the hazelnuts I ordered did not meet my expectations. The taste was disappointing and did not match the usual good quality of other KoRo products. Although taste is of course subjective, these hazelnuts seemed rather bland and not fresh to me. Another point of criticism is the way customer service dealt with my complaint. Although the response was friendly, it was disappointing in terms of content, as no goodwill or alternative solution was offered. Instead, reference was made solely to the subjective nature of taste perception. A more accommodating approach would have significantly improved the shopping experience. Overall, I am not satisfied with this particular product and would like to see both better product quality and a more customer-friendly approach to complaints in the future.
