To keep your spelt flakes crunchy and fresh for as long as possible, store them in a dark, cool and dry place. You can find the best before date on the label on the bottom right. The organic spelt flakes have a shelf life of at least 10 months from production. Prerequisite: They are stored closed and in the original packaging.
