How did the sour cherry end up in a cashew bar?

We were looking for a suitable counterpart to the cashew note which would provide a fruity taste, and we thought of sour cherries! By adding dried sour cherries and freeze-dried sour cherry powder to our cashew bars, we guarantee you an intensely aromatic cherry experience.

How do I best store these bars?

If stored unopened in a cool, dry and dark place, our sour cherry cashew bars have a minimum shelf life of 12 months.

What makes these bars from KoRo so special?

Our cashew and sour cherry bars combine nuts and fruit, are a wonderful snack for in-between meals, and are covered in a delicate light glaze which will delight your taste buds. Vegan and gluten-free as well, our bars are also completely organic!

How are the cashews processed after harvesting?

Once harvested, cashew nuts must be dried and their shells removed, as these contain a toxic oil. There are two methods for this: roasting (which, however, results in a loss of quality) and removing the shell using steam.
