I assumed that a green powder would taste similar or very "green" and that I would therefore consume it in smoothies or similar, but I still wanted to drink it pure, just with water.
It is sweet, but I personally don't think it's bad (I don't like sweeteners otherwise), but especially if you want to drink it pure, you have to somehow work against the hay-like taste. If you want to use it more in smoothies, the alternative without sweeteners is better, but I personally find it really practical that I can simply drink my portion of green with water. I will certainly buy it again :)
