Its super simple to make, you just need some water and oil. Here are the exact steps: add 130ml of hot water to the dry mix and let soak for 30 minutes. Then, mix with 2–3 tablespoons of canola oil and that's all, your "tuna" is ready! You can eat it by itself, prepare a vegan tuna salad or mix with fusilli for a nice pasta dish. Yesss, a lot of fish-alternatives are based on wheat gluten to give it the right consistency. 

For ideal storage, keep it in a dry place protected from light. 

The vegan tuna-alternative is a dry mix and therefore has a longer shelf life than it's competition from the refrigerated shelves. With 23 g per 100 g of prepared product it has a high protein content and does not contain any flavor enhancers and conservatives. Nice!
