Delicious Energyballs times without dates - are made quickly and with few ingredients!

30 Hazelnut puree
5 carob powder
100 Oatmeal
15 Maple syrup
0 as necessary Oat drink
30 Barberries
  • Step 1/3

    Briefly grind oatmeal with barberries in a blender and add remaining ingredients.

  • Step 2/3

    Optionally add other ingredients such as cocoa nibs, vanilla powder, cinnamon or nuts/seeds.

  • Step 3/3

    Roll the mixture into 8-10 balls and place in the refrigerator.
