Gluten free Supergrain baguette

This delicious baguette comes completely without flour and is just the thing to try something different.

250 Curd
20 bamboo fibers
15 ground psyllium husks
20 Hemp protein
60 Goldenlein seeds ground
60 Almond flour
2 UNIT Eggs
1 tbsp. Öl
1 Tsp. Salt
  • Step 1/11

    Beat the eggs with the salt until foamy.

  • Step 2/11

    In a second key, mix together ground golden linseed, almond flour, hemp protein, bamboo fiber, and ground psyllium husk.

  • Step 3/11

    Now add the oil to the eggs.

  • Step 4/11

    Add the curd to the bowl with the oil and eggs and beat everything.

  • Step 5/11

    Now stir the dry ingredients into the egg mixture.

  • Step 6/11

    Let the dough rest for at least 15 minutes.

    Shape the dough into a baguette. Little tip: Put some water in a key and put it in the oven.

    Optionally now add seeds or kernels over the baguette.

    Bake the baguette for 30-40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º.

    The baking time depends on the oven. After 30 minutes, test the first time if the color is golden brown and the baguette is crispy.

    Allow to cool before cutting.
