For a concentrated charge of energy in between!
3 tbsp. | Buckwheat |
10 tbsp. | Water |
6 tbsp. | Applesauce |
5 tbsp. | Dried fruit e.g. apricots, plums |
15 tbsp. | Oatmeal |
1 Pinch | Cinnamon |
3 tbsp. | Chopped walnuts |
4 tbsp. | Ground walnuts |
6 tbsp. | Pumpkin seeds |

Cut the dried fruit into small pieces (about the size of raisins) and mix well with the remaining ingredients.

Add 10 tablespoons of water and spread on a greased baking sheet about 1 cm thick.

Step 3/3
Bake at 150 °C convection oven until the bottom is lightly browned. Remove the baking tray from the oven and cut the bars into pieces of any size.
