How is it different from other trail mixes?

The trail mix Extra Class is characterized, as the name suggests, by a particularly high quality level of fruits and nuts. Our trail mix also convinces with unique content: The exquisite composition of 56 % raisins and 44 % nut kernels (Brazil nut, cashew, walnut, almonds, hazelnut) ensures snack enjoyment at the highest level.

Where do the different ingredients of trail mix come from?

For our trail mix, we've gone to great lengths to find the best nuts and grapes. Our grapes come from Chile, the Brazil nuts from Bolivia, the cashews from India or Vietnam, the hazelnuts from Italy, the (blanched) almonds from Australia. So you'll find the best ingredients in our trail mix.

How should the trail mix be stored?

The trail mix should be stored in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. It should also be protected from heat. We recommend our practical storage jars. This way, your trail mix stays crisp and fresh.

Can I continue to eat the trail mix during pregnancy?

Why is it called trail mix?

The name Studentenfutter, also Studentenhaber or Pfaffenfutter, has existed since the 17th century. The licking was, by the use of the then expensive almonds, only for financially well-heeled people accessible. Hence the name Studentenfutter or Pfaffenfutter.
