Ja, alle Zutaten stammen aus biologischem Anbau. Du genießt also Tortelloni in Bio-Qualität!
Die Tortelloni in gesalzenem (wir empfehlen 1 TL Salz pro Liter), leicht siedendem Wasser ca. 12–15 Minuten „al dente“ ziehen lassen. Fertig!
Mit 9,5 g Eiweiß pro 100 g Nudeln sind die Tortelloni eine wahre Proteinquelle! Zusätzlich versorgen sie Dich mit Ballaststoffen (5,5 g/100 g).
Die beiden Nudelsorten unterscheiden sich in ihrer Größe und der traditionell verwendeten Füllung. Während Tortellini etwas kleiner sind und meist mit Fleisch gefüllt werden, sind die Tortelloni in der Regel größer und mit vegetarischer Füllung, so wie unsere Tortelloni mit Spinat und Ricotta oder unsere veganen Tortelloni mit Kürbis und Apfel.
Am besten bewahrst Du die veganen Tortelloni an einem kühlen und trockenen Ort auf. Die Mindesthaltbarkeit beträgt in der verschlossenen Originalverpackung unter idealen Lagerbedingungen 12 Monate nach Produktionsdatum. Nach dem Öffnen solltest Du den Rest an einem kühlen Ort aufbewahren und zeitig verbrauchen.
Die Tortelloni mit Linse und Chili schmecken hervorragend mit einer Soße Deiner Wahl, mit Pesto, in Brühe und überbacken als Tortelloni-Auflauf. Oder wie wäre es mit einer Kreation aus Tomaten und grünem Spargel? Dazu die Tortelloni einfach wie oben beschrieben kochen und 1⁄4 Liter Nudelwasser beiseite stellen. Cocktailtomaten und grünen Spargel waschen und mit Olivenöl in einer Pfanne rösten. Gehackte Schalotten und Knoblauch hinzufügen und alles mit Salz, Pfeffer und Rosmarin würzen. Kurz erhitzen und mit dem Nudelwasser ablöschen. Anschließend die Tortelloni vorsichtig unterrühren. Gleichzeitig Mandelsplitter in einer Pfanne rösten und im Anschluss alles auf einem Pastateller anrichten. Buon Appetito!
Die Tortelloni sind mit einer pikanten Füllung aus Linsen und Chili versehen, was sie rein geschmacklich deutlich von vielen anderen gefüllten Nudeln abhebt. Die Teigtaschen sind zu 100 % vegan und alle Zutaten stammen aus biologischem Anbau. Da die Tortelloni getrocknet sind, lassen sie sich außerdem ungeöffnet für mindestens 12 Monate für den unangekündigten Hunger oder Besuch in Deinem Vorratsschrank aufbewahren. Optimale Voraussetzungen, um die Tortelloni direkt im Tray zu kaufen!

Really tasty and quality!

I found them to be really good! They are delicious and a treat for those who like spicy food, as the chili in the filling comes through quite a bit, but without overpowering the other flavors. I also really liked the texture of these tortelloni and I think they are much better than the traditional, normally meat-filled ones. Moreover, this is a quality product and with natural and organic ingredients. I will definitely buy them again.
