How do I store the ravioli and what's their shelf life?

Our ravioli are a true store cupboard miracle! Under ideal storage conditions, kept dry and protected from light, the dumplings can be kept unrefrigerated in their unopened original packaging for at least ten months from the production date. Once opened, keep them in the fridge and use them within a few days.

What's the best way to prepare the ravioli?

Simply bring water to the boil and salt it - we recommend one teaspoon of salt per litre. Put the filled pasta into the boiling water and let it stand for 12-15 minutes until it is "al dente". Drain and add to the dish of your choice.

Which recipes can i create with the vegan ravioli?
