Unser Geheimrezept für salzige Cracker

Hier gilt ausnahmsweise mal: weniger ist mehr! Bei unseren Rosmarin-Crackern setzen wir auf weniger, aber dafür hochwertige Zutaten in Bio-Qualität: Der Grundteig besteht lediglich aus Weizenmehl, Öl und Bierhefe. Keine Laugen-Cracker also, sondern knackiges Gebäck auf Weizenmehlbasis. Sobald alle Bestandteile vermengt und zu einem homogenen Teig zusammen geknetet sind, heißt es warten, warten, warten – für 50 Minuten bleibt die Teigkugel dann in seinem Körbchen, um bei angenehmer Wärme natürlich aufzugehen.

Let’s get rolling mit unseren veganen Cracker mit Rosmarin

Sobald der Teig schön aufgegangen ist, ist es an der Zeit ihn auszurollen. Und weil es gleich ein paar hundert Cracker auf einmal werden sollen, passiert das alles in einer großen Maschine – solange bis der rohe Crackerteig eine hauchdünne Bahn ergibt.
