WANTED: We are looking for whoever stole our organic lentil crisps, which we hid away yesterday for being "too delicious". Since they are made from the little legumes, they are a tasty alternative to conventional potato crisps. We kept looking for them and even found clues: a fine note of sea salt and perfect lentil aroma. But still no real sign of the crisps. Nachdem die Linsen erfolgreich geerntet wurden, werden sie erst einmal gesäubert und anschließend in Wasser eingelegt. Der darauffolgende Schritt in der Herstellung von Linsen-Chips, ist das Mixen. Sobald eine Masse entstanden ist, kann diese gewürzt und in die richtige Form gebracht werden. Und schon sind die Linsen-Chips bereit für den Ofen!
