Tofu-Rosso-Bowl

This vegan bowl contains a delicious balsamic dressing and is garnished with pine nuts.

1 handful Basil
1 Pinch Salt
50 Oliven
2 tbsp. Olive oil
150 Dried tomatoes
1 Pinch Pepper
3 tbsp. Balsamic Creams
2 tbsp. Balsamic-Essig
2 Panicles cherry tomatoes
1 handful Pine nuts (roasted)
1 bunch Arugula
1 cup(s) Bulgur

    Tofu Rosso cut into strips and fry in a pan.

  • Step 2/7

    Cook bulgur in vegetable broth.

  • Step 3/7

    Wash fresh vegetables.

  • Step 4/7

    Toast pine nuts in a dry pan until golden brown.

  • Step 5/7

    Arrange the bulgur in the center of a deep plate and drape the other ingredients around it.

  • Step 6/7

    Mix a dressing of olive oil, balsamic vinegar and coarsely chopped fresh basil and pour over the bowl.

  • Step 7/7

    Garnish with balsamic cream and basil leaves.
