Wie bewahre ich das Erdnussmus auf und wie lange ist es haltbar?

Unser gesalzenes Erdnussmus ist in der ungeöffneten Originalverpackung mindestens 12 Monate ab Produktionsdatum haltbar. Am besten bewahrst Du es an einem kühlen und trockenen Ort lichtgeschützt auf.

Gibt es einen Unterschied zwischen Erdnussmus und Erdnussbutter?

Die Begriffe werden häufig synonym verwendet. Tendenziell kann man aber sagen, dass Erdnussmus aus 100  % Erdnüssen hergestellt wird, während Erdnussbutter in der Regel Fette und Zucker zugesetzt werden. Erdnussmus hat eine eher cremige Konsistenz. Erdnussbutter hingegen ist oft etwas streichfester.

Kann ich das gesalzene Erdnussmus zum Backen benutzen?
