Preparing vegan burger patties

Nothing can go wrong: To make delicious patties, simply put the contents of the bag into a bowl and mix the granules with the spice powder, add 600 ml of cold water, mix well and then leave to swell for at least 20 minutes. Then you can shape the mixture into flat patties. Fry them in a pan with vegetable oil that has already been heated for 8 minutes on each side - that's it!

Very easy to prepare, if you don't want to prepare the whole packet at once, the mixture must be decanted and stirred well. The finished mixture does not stick to your hands and is therefore very easy to work with. It is also really great that it consists almost exclusively of protein and fiber.

I initially had a negative experience as well, pouring only the flaky part directly out of the bag, which then swelled without binding and without any flavor..all the spicy and binding part stays in the bottom of the bag. I solved it by pouring all the contents into a container and mixing well. From there I take out what I need and save the rest for later times. So it binds great, spicy flavor, and crumbles like it was meat. Already repurchased.

Die Burger Mischung ließ sich nicht wie in der Zubereitung beschrieben zu Pattys formen! Außerdem war die Masse vom Geruch und Geschmack für uns sehr unangenehm und nicht verzehrbar, so dass wir leider alles entsorgen mussten. Hierbei handelt es sich um das erste Produkt von KoRo, was mich enttäuscht hat.

Leider ist es nicht möglich, mit der Mischung (und der angegebenen Zubereitungsart) einen Burger herzustellen. Man kann/muss es anders nutzen: ich verwende es als Hackersatz für eine Sauce Bolognese oder für eine Lasagne.
