The nut mix from KoRo is basically gluten-free. However, the ingredients may come into contact with gluten-containing products during processing. Therefore, we do not label our nut mix as gluten-free.
KoRo's Sweet & Salty nut mix contains 571 calories per 100g.
The mix combines various peanuts and cashews, which contain protein, and so the special trail mix has a whole 20 g protein per 100 g. Due to its high protein content, it is therefore also a great snack before and after sports, since it can contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
This sweet and salty nut blend combines salted peanuts and sugar-coated cashews with chocolate for a unique and mind-blowing snacking experience that words cannot describe. Try it for yourself!
The nuts should be stored in their original unopened packaging in a cool, dry and dark place. If stored properly, our delicious trail mix has a shelf life of at least nine months.
Our mix consists of salted peanuts, peanuts and cashews coated in sugar, and chocolate-coated peanuts. Yum!
Wight loss is mainly achieved through a sustained calorie deficit. You should therefore keep in mind that nuts have a high percentage of (non saturated) fat and are therefore quite high in calories. But as long as you keep an eye on your calorie intake and don't exceed it, you don't have to give up this tasty snack during your diet, but can enjoy it in moderation.

The fact that the mix softens quickly is often due to the combination of salted nuts and sweet, slightly sticky ingredients - the texture can suffer, especially when stored outside airtight containers 😬 Tip: It's best to store in a cool, dry and well-sealed place so that the nuts stay crunchy for longer! 🥜💡 Nevertheless, we're glad you tried it - and maybe you'll find a crunchier alternative in our nut range.
