400 g Spelt flour
1 Tsp. Baking powder
0.5 Units Cube yeast
40 g Sunflower seeds
2 Tsp. Salt
20 g Flaxseed
100 g Oatmeal

    Knead all ingredients together until a homogeneous dough.

    Shape the dough into 12 rolls and divide them between two baking sheets.

    Let the dough rise for about 30 minutes and preheat the oven to 200 degrees (convection oven).
