Ingredients: 80 Coconut flakes; 50 Coconut; 0.5 Tsp. Bourbon vanilla powder; 100 Chocolate drops; 1 Pinch Salt; 30 freeze dried strawberry powder; 25 ml Maple syrup; 12 ml Oat drink

Strawberry chocolate bites sweetened with xylitol! An excellent snack for in between.

Ingredients for

80	Coconut flakes
50	Coconut
0.5 Tsp.	Bourbon vanilla powder
100	Chocolate drops
1 Pinch	Salt
30	freeze dried strawberry powder
25 ml	Maple syrup
12 ml	Oat drink

Step 1/4
Melt the coconut puree over a water bath.
Step 2/4
Mix all ingredients well and either press into a mold or roll the mixture into small balls or bars.
Step 3/4
Allow to set in the freezer for at least one hour.
Step 4/4
Melt the chocolate drops over a water bath and cover the bites with them.
