1 Tsp. Chiasamen
1 Tsp. Baking powder
120 ml Oat drink
0 banana Banane
15 g vegan protein powder
40 g Coconut yogurt
1 Tsp. Vanilla pudding powder
1 Tsp. Ceylon cinnamon
1 Tsp. Coconut blossom sugar
