These bars contain crunchy soy crispies, creamy peanut butter and crunchy almond kernels - the ideal snack between meals!
50 g | Sojacrispies |
50 g | Oat flakes |
40 g | Coconut blossom sugar |
30 g | Almond kernel |
2 tbsp. | Nut butter of your choice |
20 ml | Maple syrup |

Step 1/4
Mix all the dry ingredients except the coconut blossom sugar in a bowl.

Heat the coconut blossom sugar with the maple syrup in a pan until it has completely melted.

Add the liquid mixture with the nut butter to the dry ingredients and mix everything together.

Shape the mixture into bars.
