Smaller than our soy medallions but larger than the soya chunks, our organic soy strips are ideal as a meat alternative for vegan gyros ​​or chicken. They taste particularly good as an additional vegetable protein source in colourful salads and wraps, or as the star of curries and vegetable stir-fries. Moreover, because of their neutral taste, you can use these incredibly versatile organic soy strips in a  dizzyingly wide variety of dishes – you just need to refine them with the spices of your choice! It is very easy to prepare these soy strips: simply pour hot water or vegetable broth over them and let them soak for ten to fifteen minutes. Super practical and versatile!

These were the first soy rags I had ever tried! When I first tasted them, I didn't know what to expect and was a bit skeptical about the spongy texture. Now I realized that they are great for my cooking habits and I prepare them this way: soak them about ten minutes in hot salted water or vegetable broth. Then I quickly saute them simply with soy sauce or with the other ingredients I want to flavor and season them with. By themselves I don't feel they have any taste, they just take on the flavor of the seasoning. Very useful for those who have little time but want to eat something tasty and alternative to meat.
