Is the organic fruit puree apple-rhubarb from KoRo vegan?

Clear! Only apples and rhubarb from organic farming and completely without any additives are combined in our puree. This makes the fruit puree also perfect for a vegan diet.

What can I use apple-rhubarb puree for?

Puree, mush, marrow - what is the difference?

Even though everything evokes pretty much the same thoughts in your head, there are small - but subtle differences between these terms. Puree and mush are similar and are often used as synonyms. The small difference is that a puree is more often sweetened than a mash. A fruit pulp is much more different: Usually a pulp has a lower water content and is therefore more viscous. By law, a fruit puree must not contain any additional sugar. But don't worry, our fruit puree also consists only of apples and rhubarb and contains only the sugar it naturally contains.
