That was also KoRo's founding idea and is still one of our basic principles today: we want to pass on a price advantage to you as a customer, thanks to large packages and larger quantities (buying several units of a product at once, also called a ‘tray’). But wait a minute! You've just had a closer look and realised that you hardly save on your favourite product when you buy it in a 6-pack? At least that's what our price analysts noticed, and they got to work. To bring more consistency and fairness to the prices of trays, we have analysed and adjusted them again. Find out what's changing here.
How the discounts work
The calculation is as simple as it is great for you: the more items of each product you buy from us, the more savings we want to offer you. At least, that's our aim. We want to offer the same fair discount to all customers, regardless of which products they prefer. That's why we've adjusted the tray prices in the shop. Does that mean you like to buy bars, nut butter cups and biscuits in a multi-pack? We'll give you an average discount of 15%! For all other items, we'll give you a discount of around 10% when you buy in a tray.
To bring all these discounts to the same level, we will of course also have to change prices. In detail, this means: For many categories – e.g. cooking and baking as well as many snacks – there will be price reductions on the trays. For some products, however, we had to increase prices because they were previously – and we are being completely honest here – calculated in an absolutely uneconomical way. Overall, however, there will be more price reductions than increases. Above all, we want to use this to create more fairness in the pricing of different products and to correct some of our mistakes in calculating prices in recent years. But one thing definitely won't change: we offer you the most delicious products of the best quality! Test them all and decide for yourself!
