Our plums are gently freeze-dried to preserve their natural flavor and do not contain any additives. Unfortunately, shocks during transportation can cause the delicate fruit to break. We are constantly working on optimizing our packaging to minimize such damage. Despite the fragments, the plums make an excellent topping for your muesli or porridge.
