Juicy, crunchy and aromatic: our new vegan Mühlen mince in action.

1 Pck. Vegan minced meat
60 ml Vegetable broth
1 Wheat or spelt flour tortillas
150 g vegan grated cheese
1 Avocado
0 to taste Salt & pepper
0 Juice half a lemon
3 Tomaten
1 Shot Olive oil
1 Juice a fresh lime
0 to taste Koriander
0 to taste Salt & pepper
100 g Vegane Mayo
70 g Soy yogurt, natural
1 medium-sized gherkin
1 Tsp. agave syrup
0 Juice a lime
1 medium clove of garlic
2 tbsp. Chili sauce
0 to taste Salt & pepper
90 g Long grain rice
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 Garlic clove
1.5 tbsp. Tomato paste
180 ml Vegetable broth
1 Shot Olive oil
  • Step 1/6

    Prepare the vegan mince according to the packet instructions and add an additional 60-70 ml of vegetable stock when frying for an extra juicy texture.

    Wash the long grain rice. Sauté the onions in olive oil until translucent, add the garlic and fry briefly. Stir in the tomato purée and continue to fry for approx. 1 min. Add the rice. Pour in the vegetable stock and a little salt and cook according to the packet instructions.

    To make the sauce, put all the ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth.

    To make the salsa, finely dice the tomatoes and mix with olive oil, salt, pepper, lime juice and coriander.

    For the guacamole, mash the avocado and mix with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

    Heat a little oil in a pan and fry one tortilla on each side, sprinkling with a little vegan cheese. Then fill the tortilla, roll it up and fry again on all sides until crispy, if necessary.
