Vegan Bircher muesli

Vegan Bircher muesli, for a really quick and easy start to your day. When temperatures are slowly rising, a warm porridge in the morning is not the right thing for everyone. Our recipe for a delicious Bircher muesli is the perfect summer alternative to warm porridge. This breakfast can be prepared the night before, is quick to make and is also great for a vegan diet. Our rice protein also provides an extra portion of protein.

1 Units Grated apple
2 tbsp. Spelt flakes
1 tbsp. Sultanas
1 tbsp. Chopped hazelnuts
1 tbsp. Chiasamen
250 ml Soy drink (vanilla)
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
1 tbsp. Rice protein
1 tbsp. Maple syrup
1 tbsp. Coconut blossom sugar
4 tbsp. Oat flakes

    First, simply mix all the ingredients together well in a bowl. Choose either maple syrup or coconut blossom sugar as the sweetener.

    You can then cover the bowl and leave to infuse overnight in the fridge.

    Of course, there are no limits when it comes to toppings! For example, our dried fruit or any kind of nuts are ideal.

    We also recommend coconut chips, peanut butter and cocoa nibs for garnishing.
