Finely dice the onions and garlic cloves and slice the mushrooms. Heat the olive oil in a deep pan and fry the onions until translucent.

Then add the mushrooms and fry until all the water has evaporated. Add the garlic and fry for a minute to release the flavors.

Next, deglaze the mushrooms with white wine and allow the liquid to boil away completely - we only want the flavors. Then add the water, oat cream, soy sauce and parsley and simmer until you have a creamy sauce.

Meanwhile, cook the organic turmeric pappardelle in salted water until al dente.

Season the sauce to taste with salt and pepper. Then add the pappardelle to the sauce, mix well, garnish with a little parsley if desired and enjoy!
