This recipe is reminiscent of raw cookie dough - but without the tummy ache! Enjoy a piece of childhood for breakfast or as a snack.

Step 1/4
Wash the chickpeas until the water no longer foams.

Place the chickpeas and soy yogurt in a blender and blend until a homogeneous mixture is formed.

Now add the hazelnut butter, cacao powder and maple syrup and mix everything together.

Enjoy the cookie dough on bread or garnish it with your favorite toppings. (Snacking straight from the bowl is of course also allowed!)
