200 ml Nut drink
200 g Oatmeal
1 tbsp. Margarine or butter
100 g Pea protein
1 UNIT Banane
0 to taste Toppings, e.g. cashews, coconut chips etc.
  • Step 1/3

    Mix all ingredients together to form a creamy batter.

  • Step 2/3

    Fry the pancakes in a pan with a little margarine or butter.

  • Step 3/3

    Serve with coconut yogurt, cashews, honey or maple syrup as toppings.
