Isn't it easier to get up when your breakfast is already ready and waiting for you? You can prepare this recipe wonderfully the night before.
1 | Apple |
2 tbsp. | Maca powder |
1 handful | Spelt flakes |
1 cup | Soya yoghurt |
1 tbsp. | Psyllium husks |
1 handful | dried fruit |
1 | Carrot |
1 tbsp. | Kakaonibs |
4 tbsp. | Quinoa Flocken |
1 handful | Soy Protein Crispies |
1 tbsp. | Ceylon cinnamon |

In a larger bowl, mix the soy yogurt with all the chopped ingredients and spices and stir well.

Place the mixture in the refrigerator for at least two hours - preferably overnight.

Pour the Bircher muesli into a glass or bowl.

Select toppings and garnish.
