This colorful bowl contains tofu and is perfect as a high protein lunch.
200 g | Zucchini |
300 g | Rote Beete |
1 tbsp. | Black and white sesame seeds |
1 tbsp. | Tahini |
1 tbsp. | Black and white sesame seeds |
100 g | fresh mushrooms |
1 tbsp. | Lemon juice |
1 Pinch | Salt |
1 tbsp. | Soya Sauce |
2 tbsp. | Radish sprouts |
1 Tsp. | Caraway |
100 g | Tofu |
0.5 Tsp. | Chiliöl |

Cut vegetables and tofu and put everything together in a bowl.

Mix dressing and season, pour over bowl and mix everything well.
