120 g Coconut blossom sugar
450 g Pumpkin puree
75 g Cocoa
200 g Peanut butter
0 as necessary Optional vanilla, spices, chopped nuts
  • Step 1/4

    Blend the pumpkin puree together with the peanut butter until smooth.

  • Step 2/4

    Stir in the dry ingredients with a fork.

  • Step 3/4

    Pour the dough into a greased pan and bake at 180°C for about 30 min. Let cool completely before cutting.

  • Step 4/4

    I like to make another glaze of 1:1 coconut milk and melted chocolate over the top and draw patterns in with a little peanut butter.
