First, cut the cranberries into quarters and soak them in the oat drink for about 30 minutes.

Then put the macadamia seeds in a blender and grind them for 1-2 minutes.

Now add the bananas, raspberries, dates, soaked cranberries and oat drink and mix all the ingredients for another minute.

Now you can add spices and blend again until the smoothie has a creamy consistency.

Pour the smoothie into a bowl and garnish with fresh fruit, nuts and puffed quinoa. Enjoy!
