Chocolate semolina porridge

4 tbsp. Coconut oil
2 Tsp. Coconut blossom sugar
2 tbsp. Cocoa powder
80 g Soft wheat semolina
2 Tsp. Maple syrup
200 ml Oat drink
4 Tsp. Kakaonibs
  • Step 1/6

    For the cocoa nibs: Heat the coconut oil in a pan and mix with the sugar and cocoa powder.

  • Step 2/6

    Once cooled, the mixture should be thick enough to place small drops on a plate with a spoon.

  • Step 3/6

    Then place the plate in the fridge for at least 20 minutes.

  • Step 4/6

    Next, heat the oat drink in a pan and stir in the remaining ingredients.

  • Step 5/6

    When the semolina porridge has the desired consistency, pour it into a bowl and garnish with toppings. We recommend frozen berries, coconut flakes, fruit, chia seeds and cocoa flakes from the fridge.
