1 UNIT Lemon, squeezed
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
1 Tsp. Cardamom
1 Tsp. Muscatnus
1 Pinch Salt
50 g Pekannüsse

    Using a blender, blend the bananas with dates, salt, lemon juice, the spices and maca.

    Pour the mixture into a bowl and mix in the rolled oats and pecans.
