This apple walnut porridge is ideal for cold days.

1 cups Water
0 cups Rolled oats
1 handful Walnuts
1 UNIT Apple
2 Tea bag Tea bag (Apple Pie or other winter tea)
3 UNIT Dates
1 Tsp. Date syrup
2 tbsp. Soy yogurt
0.5 Tsp. Cinnamon
  • Step 1/4

    Boil water in a kettle and pour it into a pot. Let the tea bags steep in it.

  • Step 2/4

    Remove tea bag and add oatmeal. Prepare porridge as usual and pour into a bowl.

  • Step 3/4

    Cut apple into cubes and put in a pot with a little water. Boil until desired texture and mix with date syrup and cinnamon.

  • Step 4/4

    Mix some yogurt with cinnamon and put it on the porridge. Top with the roasted apples. Walnuts and date syrup provide extra crunch and a little sweetness.
